Our solution facilitates systematic evaluation of one or more medications by leveraging a computerized tool that calculates and displays results based on different therapeutic outcomes. It analyzes various drug dosages, administration schedules, and combinations with other drugs forms to optimize treatment.

MODEL-INFORMED PRECISION DOSING

At it’s core, our solution employs Model-Informed Precision Dosing (MIPD), an advanced approach that tailors dosing to the individual by integrating complex mathematical and statistical models of drug behavior and disease progression with patient-specific demographic and clinical data.

REMOTE THERAPEUTIC DRUG MONITORING

Appmed provides means to remotly obtain patient’s clinical responses to drug dosage that are automatically integrated to the WEB based plateforms.

The healthcare professionals can ordre the assessment of a specific circulating biomarker such as Methylphenidate (saliva)in ADHD or Tacrolimus through level (capillary blood) in immunosupressed post-transplant patients. The collection of the samples is done via specimen collector devices intended for home use. After the patient completes the collection of their biological samples from the comfort of their home, they are shipped and analyzed while results are integrated automatically into the platform. The analysis are performed in a centralized laboratory which holds an ISO 15187 accreditation.

DIGITAL QUESTIONNAIRES FOR CLINICAL ASSESSMENT

This is a built-in, specialized and validated digital list of questionnaires to systematically monitor the quality of life and the effects of drug dosage of the patients. All this on-demand. Data collected from these evaluations (i.e., patient-feedback) is anlayzed along with the data recorded by contributors of the patient (i.e., healthcare professionals, pharmacists, teachers and coaches).

DOSAGE ADHERENCE

MEDICATION DISPENSING SYSTEM

Using a digital medication dispensing system, we offer a real-time monitoring and remote surveillance of adherence to the proposed medical treatment. Our system also allows to adjust the prescribed dosage in real-time thanks to constant and automatic synchronization with its control software.

ALERTS

The medication dispenser selectively alerts non-adherent patients and monitors reported adverse events associated with treatment through a two-way feedback loop, thereby optimizing clinical efficacy.

NO NEED FOR INTERNET

The medication dispenser supports 4G mobile and is usable by the patients outside their home without Wi-Fi or Bluetooth needed.
