AppMed’s platform is specific to a health condition or disease state. The targeted therapeutic states include hard to dose/titrate medication therapy and one with narrow therapeutic index. Narrow therapeutic index refers to the small range between the minimum effective dose and the toxic dose of a medication or otherwise defined by the dosage range in which a drug is effective without causing serious side effects or toxicity.
How does AppMed increase productivity?
The platform linking the 3 solutions for each disease serves as a communication architecture where the patients exchange information. Furthermore, data, documents, messages and Information are synchronized to coordinate the management of a medical or mental health condition, including drug withdrawal. In other word, our solution provides the healthcare professional (HCP) and health care organizations (HCO) with objective data on the patients’ health status in relation to medication treatment therapy.
