Chief Financial Officer
A seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in leading professional firms, specializing in technology companies.
Provides strategic and financial guidance to businesses, particularly start-ups, and holds positions on multiple boards of directors. An active investor for nearly a decade and a dedicated member of the Anges Québec network.

Gilles Pelletier, M.Eng., MBA

As a senior consultant in software verification and validation, Gilles has assisted numerous organizations, ranging from established industry leaders to start-ups, in developing software for medical instruments.
He has extensive experience in implementing software development processes that adhere to regulatory standards and has successfully recruited and led a team of over 40 engineers and software scientists.
Gilles has also held leadership responsibilities, overseeing the Engineering division and operations in Air Traffic Control.
Marilyne Joly, B.Sc. M.Sc. LLB
Co-founder, Lawyer
With a robust multidisciplinary background combining a pharmacology degree, a master’s degree in biochemistry and a law degree, Marilyne Joly excels in regulatory affairs for medical devices.
The combination of her acquired knowledge in law and life sciences with her outstanding communication skills is unique and has allowed her to master, among other things, the creation, development and implementation of approval/clearance strategies for medical devices in Canada, United States and Europe.
Skilled in navigating complex regulatory requirements within quality management frameworks, Marilyne is an adept at bringing teams involved in the design and development of medical technologies to reach new highs, while ensuring compliance with global industry standards, laws and regulations.
